Comment: Mills County. This situation is to construct the north bound bridge approximately four miles north of Exit 24, the Bartlett Exit. The traffic will be head-to-head in the south bound lanes. Comment: Harrison County. The north bound and south bound bridges are being reconstructed approximately one half at a time. Traffic will be maintained through the construction zones in both the north bound and south bound lanes. Traffic will be channelized through the bridge areas with the use of temporary concrete barrier rails. Other traffic control devices will be in use through the construction zone.
